Trio Flux is back at Barile’ Wine & Beer this Friday (12/2) appearing as Acoustic Flux (our string-band alter ego).  Our first go at the acoustic format back on October 7th was a big hit with our fans and the venue so we’ve decided to do it again.  Acoustic Flux is Neil on acoustic guitar, Julio on upright bass, and Adam on brushes.  The textural change is fun and gives us a chance to reinterpret our repertoire, and dust off some of the acoustic Frisell we’ve kept in our book since the Trio Flux Plays Frisell gig back in 2010.  Barile’ is a very inviting, intimate venue on NE Fremont. The owners, Tim & Debbie, are wonderful hosts and dedicated supporters of the arts. The atmosphere is inviting and warm, the food and wine are delicious, the music will be exceptional!!  This is a free show (details).
